ORDERS

Q: How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@homzyra.com, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel before your order ships.

Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do? First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, email us at support@homzyra.com and we'll resend it right away.

SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship from? Most of our products ship from US-based warehouses for fast delivery. Some specialty items may ship from our international fulfillment partners.

Q: How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for items shipped from our US warehouses. You'll find estimated delivery times on each product page.

Q: How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime tracking number by email.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at support@homzyra.com and we'll walk you through the return process. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're so sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship it back.

Q: When will I receive my refund? Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.

Q: Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.
